DEENFUND is a global platform to connect awesome donors with amazing organizations with great causes.

Muslims & organizations collectively around the globe has pioneered and contributed immensely to the development of human civilization. Fatima and Miriam al-Firhi, prioneered the education system and built world’s first university, Al-Qarawihhin in Fex, Morocco. Our remarkable contributions to philosophy, health care, science, chemistry, finance, technology, physics and many other fields have led to Noble Prizes, highest recognitions, made it’s mark in history, and most of all shaped our human civilization.

We are proud of the zeal the Muslims carry for collective good. We need to overcome the historical amnesia, educate our children, be the first responders to help others regardless of religion, and regain our identity from those who misrepresents us and oust out the misperception about our beliefs. We are pleased to come across many organizations around the globe working tirelessly and heroically for the betterment of our societies, communities and improving the lives of the needy. We are committed in providing the best of the donation experience with very minimal operational cost. Most online fundraising and donation sites charges 5% - 10% for using their platforms. We charge 1.75%, which is in average 70% less than most platforms.

DONATION PROCESSOR COSTS

Online donations requires a third-party credit card processor like PayPal, WePay or Stripe, They have their small fees safely collect and transfer funds online. We have partnered with Stripe; one of the well-reputated and secured platform. Stripe charges 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction.This is not a DEENFUND fee.

Will you be charging my donors?

Absolutely not! Their generosity for supporting your organization is a wonderful act of kindness. Now, it wouldn't be fair if we charge them fees for being generous. Right? All we ask from the organization is to show their appreciation with a quick message or thank you.

Yes, of course. Update your organization page to make it more appealing to your donors as you see fit. Anyone who wishes to donate will want more info about your organization. You may add a pictures of the services you provide and any additional info that may help your potential donors to understand your organization's' efforts.

Are there other fees for organizations?

There is no other fee or hidden charges apart from the minimal platform fee. However, the only charges you will encounter will come from Stripe (an on-line payment processing company), which is in fact the processing fee for the use of their safe and secured platform. This is a very usual scenario for most secured and prominent payment processing companies.

Is the use of a Facebook account necessary?

So far, Facebook is the largest social media right now. If you wish to reach out to awesome donors via social media faster, we highly recommend you to make the best use of your Facebook account to make your organization visible and lively to your Facebook friends.
